A devotional moment during COVID-19 Isolation from my front door to yours. This one is the first of about 10 Front Door Devotions on 1 John. 1 John was written by John to a group of christians during a very unsettling situation. For the original hearers of this letter people were leaving the church and denying that Jesus is the Son of God. There were also people among them who were stirring up hostility. Nevertheless, John writes and encourages them.
