The tragic death of 21 year-old Elisa Lam has held a fascination for the public and the media since it happened in 2013. A Canadian student on a solo vacation to the States, she went missing from the infamous Hotel Cecil in LA. Several weeks later, her body was found in a strange and difficult to access location in the hotel.
