"You can edit a page. But you can't edit a blank page." Sometimes, sitting on our couch eating potato chips, we wonder what mile 20 of a marathon will look/feel/taste like. But we're not even in the game!  We have to lace up the shoes and start hitting the pavement before we can have an opinion about the experience. When I face resistance to creativity, I just start writing and talking. It doesn't have to be good, it just has to BE. Then I can edit it later. So just get started.
