Today Big Coach Afro shares the importance of nutrition. 99% of people massively underestimate the importance of good nutrition and take it for granted. Fast food or 'easier' option are too readily available and people are always in such a rush that they never slow down and think what are they actually putting into their bodies. It is a simple equation. Eat Crap = Feel Like Crap. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist I see this everyday. Here are 3 reasons why Nutrition is important: 1. It gives you the energy to handle more, we all have desires for a treat every now and then. Think back when you wanted a takeaway, the chances after devouring it you felt tired, lethargic, sluggish, grouchy etc. This way of eating does not support 'doing more'. If you feel tired all the time, it is time to take a good hard look at your nutrition. 2. Keeps your health in check, an odd biscuit here or it is fine but if it's every day it adds up. 1 and a half biscuits a day = 100 calories extra a day = 10
