Every Monday and Thursday I do a Facebook live for people who maybe stuck at home and possibly are intimidated by the word exercise.  As a busy mum of two with son who is a devoted footy player, the Thursday evening training often clashes with the Live.  I am very grateful as I have a great support around me to pick and drop my son so I can fulfil my promise of doing a live workout at 8pm.  Last night I had no one but I didn’t let that stop me.  Listen to the episode to find out what I did?
