In today's episode I talk about sugar addiction and what that term means to me.  I know that it is not medically recognized and therefore there are a lot of people out there not getting the help they need.  This is incredibly frustrating for me! Now that I am finally free of my addiction, I want to help others and I think getting the right treatment is crucial.  I hope this starts a dialog and at the end I have a plea to Oprah for her help and intervention in getting this changed!  Oprah, I know if anyone can make it happen, it's you!  xxoo
