Today is the monthly visit of Nan Calvert - and her guest is Dawn Demuyt,  manager of the Eco-Justice Center's Farm Youth Corps, in which the large and organically-grown vegetable garden of the Eco-Justice Center is tended by young people from the city of Racine who learn where our food comes from and all about sustainable practices in growing food.  The program just completed its fifth year.
