Hailee stopped by the Plant-Based TourGuide podcast today and shared a LOT of knowledge on how to juggle being a Full Time Mom (she has two (2) little girls, 4 1/2 and 1 1/2) AND she works in her business AND she balances time with her husband AND she maintains a Plant Based Diet for the entire family. WOW!  She talks about great plant based meals for kids, great "go to" meals for when you're having company over for dinner and they aren't plant based eaters and you want to prepare them a great plant based meal that will appeal to their tastebuds.  She has an awesome website: Www.CuckooKitchn.com (yes, there is NOT an "e" in kitchen just to clarify).  She gives great advice on "hiding stuff" in the smoothies for her kids to ensure they love the flavor and get their nutrients at the same time.  She also recommends the book: "Eating Animals" by Jonathan Safran Foer.
