Vegan Tourguide

Anthony brings a great story about how he turned a lifetime of being as he describes "the biggest kid in class" and by biggest, he wasn't referring to The Rock.  Anthony is a listener to the Plant-Based TourGuide podcast and was kind enough to reach out to send a message supporting the podcast and we started talking and once it was figured out that Anthony had a very cool story himself, well, I definitely wanted him on the show!  Anthony had been overweight practically his entire life, starting in childhood and discusses his "breakthrough moment" and when he decided to make changes and how switching to a Plant Based - Vegan Eating regimen helped him accomplish his goals then and still to this day.
