Vegan Tourguide

Gabriella Luisa aka "Busy Vegan Life" (On Instagram) joins us on this edition of the Plant-Based TourGuide Podcast to tell the awesome story of her journey.  Gabriella was someone (like many people) that was very conscious of her appearance and weight.  She then had two (2) life events: she lost her father due to health reasons and while on holiday/vacation in Australia, ran into some "Vegans" who shared knowledge with her about the plantbased - vegan life and so she made a change.  She adopted the plantbased - vegan life and she joined a gym.  Flash forward: she gets talked into entering a bikini competition and takes Second (2nd)!!!  She now is preparing for the British Bikini FINALS that she qualified to participate in!  You MUST see the pictures of her journey in her blogpost at Click Here to see exactly "where she started and where she is now".  It is inspiring and more inspiring is to hear how humble she is about all these changes and now all the effort she puts into helping others because as she says:
