Chef Wanda with the Humane Society of the US joined the Plant-Based TourGuide podcast to discuss her amazing journey of two (2) transformations: Transforming a dining hall at the University of North Texas they named Mean Greens to a 100% Plantbased - Vegan Dining Hall and the INCREDIBLE success that resulted AND her transformation to Plantbased herself while going through this.  (She was NOT plantbased when tasked with changing the dining hall over which adds an incredible aspect to this remarkable changeover at the dining hall).
