For us, macros are the most accurate way to make progress whether you're training for performance, or aesthetics. So whether you're eating to fuel your workouts or if you're trying to pack on muscle or lose body fat. However, counting your macros and eating to the numbers doesn't always mean you're eating to the benefit of your health, it can sometimes mean eating to the detriment of your long term health. But, in this episode, I explain firstly why that is the case, then secondly how we work with clients to not only ensure that food quantity is sufficient by counting macros, but that we also have a big emphasis on food quality.
