Jodie can't believe the news that Manly Council is holding around 100 Coles trolleys ransom on the roof of Manly library and demanding thousands of dollars from the supermarket giant for their release. But it seems Soda's mum has also decided to not return a shopping trolley leaving one in his driveway over the Christmas holidays!
