Jodie & Soda catch with South Aussie Eleni Glouftsis who will become the AFL's first female field umpire to adjudicate an official league match on Sunday when she has control of the Carlton-Essendon preseason game. The 23-year-old broke the barrier at the SANFL three years ago and for the past two years she has been on an AFL female pathway scholarship.
