The team members will work together, give extra effort, find creative solutions for problems, take accountability for their actions and demonstrate an interest and care for the business that cannot be bought or faked. Resulting in a business that can accomplish anything, consistently produce profits and attract and retain an industry leading workforce.On the other hand if the employees are not motivated and inspired to contribute to the success of the business the business will always be working uphill and be dealing with many of the same avoidable problems and frustrations season after season and year after year.
