I see your weaknesses, and I see how tired you are. I know you are only small, not able to carry the load upon you presently. Understand, some of these pressures and obstacles are part of the landscape and environment of your process, for I am forging new strength within you. I am pressing you to your new levels, to prepare you for your soon coming advancement. (1) Though it seems it has been a long time coming, know your advancement will not be unnecessarily delayed. I will not hold you back once you are ready, have matured, and are prepared. These days have given birth to the processes set before you from days of old, even from the very beginning. Know you are on time, despite feeling like you have missed the mark. (2) My plans for you will not be destroyed because of your inabilities. My plans for you will not be robbed simply because you made mistakes along the way, for my capacity to restore, renew, and preserve all that has been damaged, lost, or stolen along the way is greater than your error.
