I have given you gifts and talents. I have given you skills so you are able to accomplish the things required of you. Though you have the skills, talents, and gifts, do not presume it will require no work. I have given you the raw materials, but it is up to you to develop, refine, and perfect it all. It is up to you to exercise your will, refine your talents, and your improve skills. It will be your enjoyment, but also your responsibility to gain knowledge and acquire experience.
