During the lean times you will certainly experience I will forge greater endurance within you. I will help you remain strong when you want to give up. I will help you look to the vision I have set before you and to continue to persevere despite difficulties. I know this is hard. I know this is not the way you would like for it to go, but this is my plan in this season in order to help strengthen you. (1) Even though your heart wants to obey you lack perseverance. Many times you want to do the right thing, but are not able to do so. With this in mind, I am forging inner strength within you for the long haul. I am forging strength within you so you can remain focused and faithful, not only starting the race, but also finishing. While this difficulty may seem like punishment, or an unnecessary delay, know it is not. Know this season is stretching you past your comfort zone in order to forge the strength you need to finish.
