Or do we just use this info in our case notes to share with advisors? I know in other programs we use a manual that explained what the questions and answers meant or how they impact the individuals health.   2.  Hey, I was just browsing through follow up docs and there are many self assessments. The question is - so what? There are no benchmarks. Am I to assume that if they score anything on these they could have these issues? Seems
