It's a Very Special Christmas episode of I'll Show You Mine! This week, Elyse shows James "Emmet Otter's Jug-Band Christmas", the Jim Henson directed Christmas TV special from 1977. It's the story of Emmet Otter and his Ma, who both want nothing more than to give the other a wonderful Christmas. Join us as we talk about how utterly charming this little movie is, marvel at the puppeteering innovations that went into the production, and get genuinely emotional over the story of two poor little otters.
