Romanie Thomas is the Founder of Juggle Jobs - www.juggle.jobs which is a digital recruitment platform which is transforming the way people & business look for & find flexible working solutions.  She started in the recruitment world 10 years ago and founded Juggle Jobs in 2017 after a year figuring out how to develop her vision. She has raised venture capital twice and is coming to the third round of funding.
