So Self-Care?! WTHeck really is it? Self-care is such a buzz word right now. I mean, #selfcare, right?! I love a good bubble bath, massage, or face mask. But self-care is soooo much more than that! It’s drinking enough water, eating regular meals, saying no, getting enough sleep, wearing clothes you like, washing your face, or managing your time well. It's setting intentions to know you are worthy and important. It's slowing down and being intentional. And sometimes it's even being uncomfortable.
