Friends, can you believe it? We are six months in to the Spoken Freely podcast! What started as a casual conversation in our office at work has turned into 19 episodes of friends gathering together to open their hearts and speak freely. Not hiding behind shame or concealing our difficult experiences, but embracing one another and extending grace and love.   Today's show is a little different because we are actually together recording in person! Normally we are across the country from one another, but this week, we spent time in laughter, silliness, and raw and honest conversation about what is going on in each other's lives.
