I feel like setting a New Year resolution is something our parents did but is really tried now.  Choosing a word or a phrase now that is the hot trend.  Last year I chose something that I thought worked for me but then realized it was sabotaging me so mid-way through the year I changed it.  This year my word was given to me, not intentionally but it was.  In this episode I give you pointers to help you choose a word the that will drive you, push you, encourage you, and get you through the days when you want to quit.  I also talk about the new and exciting interviews I have in the upcoming weeks. 2019 is going to be a great year!
