Here are some thoughts on how to get everyone in your organization on board: Tip 1: Everyone has an “accidental technologist” in their organization: someone that ends up being a technical resource for their colleagues, without an official IT title. When you’re incorporating new technology into your organization, work closely with your ''accidental technologist'' to get buy-in and show the product's value. The rest of the team will follow.
