I recently spent some dedicated time with Ed Wallace as we're partnering to create a leadership development program at Kirby-Smith Machinery, Inc. that will create "cultural ambassadors" within the organization who embody the "1KS" mindset and develop internal talent, creating future leaders of the organization.  Ed and I took a break during our work session to have a conversation about relationshiping and the power of building relational capital.
