Did you know that Jeff Bezos (Amazon CEO) says the #1 sign of HIGH intelligence is the willingness to be open-minded & challenge your own way of thinking? He only focuses on where his business should be 2-3 years from now. Only thinking about the future. Not worrying on the day-to-day operations of Amazon. And he’s training his senior management to only think 2-3 years from now. It’s similar to the framework I use to I delegate any work that doesn’t meet my hourly rate ($500/hour).
