Pamela Thorsch is the owner of Thorsch & Company, a consulting practice focused on operational, program and community development, and on interim leadership.  Ms. Thorsch has a keen ability to increase the organizational effectiveness, by utilizing innovative approaches to build and expand business opportunities and enhance communities. By providing step-by-step solutions, she has impacted the bottom line for her clients that range from nonprofits to small and mid-size companies. Over the course of 25 years of non-profit management and leadership experience, Pamela has a broad and eclectic background that provides her with tools and insight to creatively approach problem solving.
