Greetings!   Lets talk about how to make sure during an Emergency that you and your Family will be all right.  How are you collecting your Food, whether by Freezing, Canning and Preserving, or, even going to a Company that sells Meals Ready to Eat packaged to use under various conditions.  With all that is happening in the World today, how can we better prepare ourselves to be ready in various Emergencies to have enough Food.  Lets hear how much do we need, how many calories in a day, what options do we have on the Market and how can we better prepare ourselves in an Emergency whether manmade, Natual disaster, or, by Terrorism.  Grow your Community Gardens, but, also be aware that there are some other ways to be prepared.   We'll hear from Heavens Harvest.
