From March 12-15 Colin Redemer, Professor at Saint Mary's College and Teaching Fellow of the Davenant Institute, delivered the lecture "The History and Philosophy of The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien." This lecture covers a brief biography of Tolkien, and three major aspects of his masterpiece: what it is doing philosophically, etymologically, and as a myth for England. The lecture was delivered to several universities throughout western Ukraine.
