Ramsey Womack joined us this week to share his story of starting in the Army, to becoming a partner in a public accounting firm, to shifting into the consulting world in order to get more variety in his daily work life. Born Into Accounting Early in the interview Ramsey shares with us that he was “born into accounting” in that he had many family members that were CPAs in his family.  What’s interesting though is that he had an equal passion to serve our country, which was also something he acquired from his family origins.  For this reason, although he majored in accounting in college, he chose to start his career by serving in the Army for the first four years after college.
