Julia Rhoads is a Business Relationship Officer with Idaho Central Credit Union who partners with business owners to maximize efficiency and earnings in their banking relationship. After spending nearly 30 years in the credit union industry, Julia embodies the credit union credo of “people helping people” and credits her success to building strong relationships built on a foundation of trust and respect.  Julia shares her word authentic and how that has shown up in her career. She stands out in her field as someone willing to do what it takes to get the job done and take care of her customers. She is dedicated and volunteers her time with the HouseCheck Foundation, serving on the Boise Advisory Board.
