Roots Of Awakening | Rediscovering You

We are going to be doing things a little bit differently for the month of October. I had an idea to use this month for myself and others to honor the lives of loved ones we have lost.   I am a big believer in talking about dying, death, and those who have passed. Because acting like it never happened  or that it won’t happen to you doesn’t do anyone any good. And not hearing the name of the person you’ve lost is almost crippling. So since I have this space- I wanted to use it to speak the names of the ones we love. To tell the world about them and why they are so special and so damn missed.   It's my hope that you will find peace in honoring the people we talk about here and  that this will inspire you to talk about those you have lost.   In this episode we will hear from Casandra, Amanda & Ella
