Sarah: Hi everybody. So excited to be back. This is the re-launch of the SCT podcast. So as I said, I am really excited to have all of you involved and I just wanted to let everyone know because I did have a lot of questions about why we stopped the podcast and what was going on and just to let everybody know, I have just had a second child and so, between everything that we were doing, this was something that did need to be put on hold, but we are all back again and we are actually going to take a little bit of a different approach to the podcast, which I am pretty excited about, we are going to talk about that today.
