If you're changing up your workout routine then you need to listen to this podcast because it's doing you more harm then good. If your goal is to get the best results possible then following what I talk about in this episode will be your best bet. The truth is that you don't actually need to change your workout and sticking to one routine will actually get you better results. Your goal when trying to "shock" the muscles is to increase the amount of load that your muscles haven't been exposed to before instead of just changing up the workout. This means as long as you're increasing the weight or increasing the reps then that means you're making progress and the more you can make progress the better results you're going to get.
