Synopsis

Now I have a goal of getting stronger and adding more muscle. The biggest reason is that my biggest weakness is my strength, how ironic. It is something I have ‘put off’ for too long. The reason I know this is because I did a few local competitions and the CrossFit Open, my worst events have been anything with a heavish barbell. Here are some of my worst events.
