In this podcast episode, Morris Sussex Sports interviews East Stroudsburg University Defensive Coordinator Chadd Braine as he discusses the college recruiting process from the coaches prospective.  Coach Braine talks about what he looks in an prospective athlete from grades, to what he does on the field, to the kind of person in general the recruit is.
