Laurence Hammond aka Payroll the Pimp who tried in vain to live off of his fame from the movie American Pimp is wanted on an outstanding Federal Warrant for jumping probation. He has also been accused of having a six year old girl play with his little ding ding and God knows what else, and is currently on the run from the law.
