Dave Seber has been involved in Industrial Hemp since 1992. He started C&S Specialty Builder’s Supply and Fibre Alternatives to develop Hemp applications for building materials, biofuels and agricultural supplements. Dave has been associated with Washington State University, Virgina Polytech Univ, Indiana Univ, and created an online course at Oregon State University called WSE 266 Industrial Hemp. Dave is the owner of Fibre Alternatives which is a hemp based composite development and bio energy consulting service. He partnered with Forrest Paint Company of Eugene OR, for the production of Hemp Shield which is the first modern hemp oil based wood finish and deck sealer. Hemp Shield is the first and only penetrating wood finish containing 100% hemp oil that is produced in the United States.
