Work is currently underway in Washington on the 2018 Farm Bill…a measure that touches just about everyone in this country, one way or another. That means the next farm bill, just like the last one, will have an impact that reaches far beyond the farm. On this edition of Perspective, a look at the implications for farmers and non-farmers alike. Guest: Art Barnaby, professor of Agricultural Economics and Mykel Taylor, associate professor in Agricultural Economics, both at Kansas State University.
