Summary There’s the big question as to whether you should exercise in the morning or in the evening to get the best results. While there has been studies showing that people get better results (only slightly) by training in the evening these studies aren’t significant. The problem with working out in the afternoon is that people don’t have the energy or usually the time to workout after work and their motivation is low. When you wake up in the morning and your willpower is high, you’re much more likely to make it to the gym day after day before all of the excuses pop into your head.
