Over the last few months there have been a lot of interviews with many experts on my podcast based around not just lifting weights, but also health, mindset and nutrition. After going back and relistening to the podcasts, I noticed that there are a few key important subjects that the experts come back to again and again and surprisingly it’s not just saying you need to “workout”. The first big pillar that needs to be addressed first is your mindset. If you don’t have the right positive mindset, you’re not going to find yourself progressing towards the body you want.
