I think failure is staying in a cushy job for 20 years that you hate, retiring and realizing your life just passed you by ~Nicole Parmar, on She Built That. Today I am stoked because we have the super rad Nicole Parmar on the show. Nicole is the founder of NicoleParmar.com a consulting company that specializes in Growth Marketing. i.e. basically she analyzes company data to better understand their customers; what they want, where they live and how you can better reach them. Prior to launching her own company, Nicole was a teacher specializing in deaf education. While many of us in our undergrad are working towards one degree, Nicole was busy working towards 2 – at the same time, and was working full-time as a teacher by 23. After graduating with 2 degrees, Nicole went onto complete a 3rd degree in Psychology as well as a Master’s degree in Evaluation and Measurement.  Her husband of 4 years, is also the CEO and founder of his own company and together they have ventured to San Francisco, Toronto and Manhattan
