Stephen Koepher, Tina McKissick, and Matthew Kaplowitz join In Fighting Shape to talk about doing stunts for films & TV, how they got into it, and what it's like behind the scenes.  They also talk about a documentary Stephen & Matthew directed, called "Concrete and Crash Pads- Stunts in New York". Stephen Koepher, Executive Producer & Co-Director and also a stunt performer, is a life long martial artist.  He is the co-founder of Breakfall Studios and sponsored by Demon United. Tina McKissick is a stunt woman who has doubled the Olsen Twins, Kelly Ripa, Dakota Fanning, Kristin Bell, Hillary Duff, & most recently Melissa McCarthy in Ghostbusters.   Tina is also an actress and voice over artist.  Matthew Kaplowitz, Producer, Co-Director, DP & Editor, is a lifelong practitioner and fan of martial arts.  In 2009, he started TheFightNerd.com, a news website dedicated to the sport with a focus on video production.
