Phoenix and guest, Mia Kang, talk about health, muay thai, modeling, and her struggles with weight.  Mia has been modeling since she was 13 years old, and recently starting competing in martial arts. Mia shares her story growing up overweight, struggling with eating disorders and industry standards, and explains how it led her to Muay Thai.  Phoenix & Mia dive deeply into what it means to be healthy: embracing who you are, mind, body & spirit.
