Bethany Bubenzer is one of the most stylish, fully herself, and interesting yogis I know.   As she says, she studied all the rules and decided for herself which ones to break.   I absolutely love this conversation Bethany’s passion and very well researched knowledge pours out of her nonstop.   In this episode, we talk about her practice of yoga in her life, daily, in all ways.
