In this week's episode we learn from Michael Martin, Vice President of Sales for Vibram USA FiveFinger division.  Michael helped Vibram build the sales and infrastructure of this unique product and brought their sales from $100,000 to over $100 Million WITHOUT using any "traditional marketing" methods. A native of Manchester, New Hampshire, Michael graduated from Saint Anselm College with a BA.  He got his start in the sporting goods business as a customer service rep with Atomic Ski USA in 1994.  Thinking it would be a short stopover on his journey to beginning a career in the legal profession – he ended up staying there for almost 13 years, the last eight as Director of Sales Operations.  He joined Vibram USA as National Sales Manager in the new FiveFingers division in January, 2007, and was tasked with developing retail distribution and helping build out company infrastructure.  After four years of triple-digit growth he was promoted to Vice President of Sales.  In May o
