I know I am not the only one that has felt in a funk! Do you ever just feel off or that something is wrong but you just don't know what? Ya me too!  Here are my 3 tips to get out of that funk.  1. Start taking care of yourself. Are you taking care of yourself mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually? Putting yourself first is not selfish. It is selfless! Take care of you.  2. Change your surroundings. Is it people or thoughts you need to replace.  3. Take action! Are you doing things to achieve your goals or are you stuck at "I know I need to ____" sentences. I know I need to workout. I know I need to eat healthy, I know I need to study. I know I need to... when you have established that schedule it into your day.
