Our special guest for this episode is Hank Wells, a sales executive at Rivalry, a sales coaching software company that provides an effective sales coaching framework and platform as they seek to help companies break the barriers and build salespeople into sales champions. They primarily focus on improving people and on the person swinging the ax, not the ax itself. Rivalry started back in January 2014 by Jon Birdsong who is a major component of the Atlanta tech scene and at the Atlanta Tech Village. Prior to joining Rivalry in May, Hank previously worked for a large telecom company involved in retail sales. Having a background in sales coaching and as a leader in retail, and being able to bring these to businesses struggling with it is a great feeling and passion that Hank does every single day.
