In this episode, we have two guests! I am joined by Mikaela Wallgren and Klaus Thomsen of the Coffee Collective in Copenhagen. Klaus is a World Barista Champion, and a founder of the Coffee Collective. Mikaela is the Finnish Brewers Cup Champion, placing 2nd in the world this year, and looks after Human Resources  at the Coffee Collective. Having them on together offers a unique insight into how a business has changed and developed its approach to hiring, and also what it is they look for in their employees.
